Assessment of a child by his / her performance in any single test or examination is no longer being considered to be the sole criteria of judging or gauging his / her academic achievement / excellence. According to the guidelines laid by CBSE, the child's performance upto Class X will be assessed throughout the year as per Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) scheme.
- Student must obtain minimum qualifying grade D in all subjects to get promoted.
- If a student gets E-grade in any subject, he / she will be considered for improvement in performance through re-examination.
- At least 75% attendance in the Academic year is a must for promotion to the next class, even if he / she qualifies the pass criteria.
- If a student indulges in unfair means at the time of Unit Test / Summative examination, his / her answer sheet will be treated as cancelled and his / her result will be withheld. Principal may also take any other disciplinary action as per school rules.
- S.U.P.W Assessment is compulsory for all students from class I to XII. S.U.P.W will be assessed and shown in terms of grades. Evaluation in this regard will be a continuous process and cumulative record of each student will be maintained.
- Submission of medical certificate for inability to attend any examination / test shall not guarantee promotion.
- The decision of the Principal in all matters is final and binding.
- The syllabus to be tested for any test / examination will be notified by the subject teacher well in advance.
- Promotion to next class will be on the basis of both : Scholastic and Co-Scholastic Assessment.
- It is compulsory for each student to appear in both Summative Examinations.
